 My
ideal client: I enjoy
working with clients who place a high value on the quality of
the client-consultant relationship, and are prepared to take
shared responsibility as part of a partnership approach. Many of
my clients have become personal friends. My favourite
clients are open-minded and prepared to invest some personal
energy upfront in scoping out a project which will get the best
result. They provide, or arrange for, senior level
sponsorship to ensure that the results of my work will make a real
difference. They may have a healthy scepticism about my
approach and its true value. This leads them to play a
valuable 'critical friend' role which ensures genuine practical
relevance.
